Eligibility

  • This promotional offer is open to residents of the United States aged 18 and above that have not used XP before (new customers only). To be eligible for the fee refund offer ("Offer"), participants must submit a valid receipt from a live event (sports, concerts, comedy, theater) that occurred between 2020 and 2024, which includes a line item detailing fees paid.

  • The receipt must match the participant's name. We will only accept a unique receipt once (even if it contains multiple tickets on the order).

​

  • Participants must submit receipts by filling out the claim form on this website.

​

  • Upon submission, if the receipt is deemed eligible, participants will receive an email containing a promo code to use at xp.xyz.

​

  • Promotion Period: The promotional offer is valid from March 18th until supplies last ("Promotion Period").

Offer Details

  • Participants who submit a valid receipt (stated in “Eligibility”) will receive the promotional benefit in the form a promo code to enter at checkout at xp.tickets. The credit will be of $50, $75 or $100 depending on the fees you submit. Each promo will have a min. purchase. The claim will be processed, and the email will be sent no later than 7 days after the submission of the receipt. Exceptions apply: if you submit an eligible receipt but the fee is not shown as a separate line item, we may make an exception (at our discretion) and issue a promotional offer for 30% of the order total, up to a maximum of $100.

  • The promo code is valid for use at xp.xyz and can be applied to any single purchase. One purchase only.

​

  • The promotional offer expires on October 31, 2024.

​

  • The promotional offer will have a minimum purchase requirement stated on the email with the amount you got. You will need to meet the minimum in order to complete your purchase.

​

  • Each participant is entitled to one Offer, with a maximum refund amount of $100.

​

  • The Offer is limited to the first 500 participants who successfully claim it or until supplies last.

​

  • XP reserves the right to modify or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.

​

  • Only one Offer may be redeemed per customer.

​

  • The promotional benefit is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

How To Participate

Visit werecallingyouout.com/claim and fill out the “claim” form.

  • Upload an image of a receipt from a live event (sports, concerts, comedy, theater) between 2020 and 2024. The receipt should show a line item with fees, and the receipt name must match your name.

​

  • If you prefer to send the receipt via email, you can complete the form without it. We'll send you an email, and you can reply to that email with an image of the receipt.

​

  • Once you've submitted the form and your receipt is eligible, you'll receive an email containing a promo code.

General Terms

  • By participating in the Offer, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  • XP reserves the right to verify the validity of receipts submitted and to disqualify any participant for any reason.

​

  • Participants are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with receiving the Offer.

​

  • XP reserves the right to modify, cancel or suspend the Offer for any reason at ant time without prior notice.

​

  • XP shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of participating in the promotional offer or the use of the promotional benefit.

By submitting your receipt and any associated forms, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein. Please ensure that all information provided is accurate and complete.

    We may use the information from your submitted receipts and forms for promotional purposes and for data analysis to understand consumer trends and improve our services. This includes, but is not limited to, displaying excerpts or aggregated data in marketing materials, presentations, social media platforms, and internal reports.

  • Privacy and Confidentiality:
    We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information such as names, email addresses, or contact details provided in your submissions will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed in any promotional or analytical materials.

  • Compliance with Regulations:
    All processing of personal data will be in compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. We ensure that our use of your information strictly adheres to these legal standards.

  • Consent for Use of Data:
    By submitting your receipt and related forms, you grant us permission to use the content of your submissions for promotional and analytical purposes as specified herein, without revealing any personal identifiers.
